Who Can Enter
1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be female Wisconsin residents who are 18 years of age or older, engaged to be legally married in the state of Wisconsin in 2014 or 2015, reside in the WMSN viewing area, and be an existing member of Facebook.com if entering via Facebook. The wedding must take place in the WMSN viewing area. Married couples are not eligible.
2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Communications LLC, and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast station WMSN-TV (the "Station"), Blackhawk Country Club, Brides N Belles, Goodman’s Jewelers, Benvenuto’s Italian Grill, Celebrations Entertainment, Kestrel Ridge Golf Club, Badger Bowl, Abracadabra Limousines, LK Design Studio, Gigi’s Cupcakes, Gallant Knight Limousine, B Kuhl Entertainment, Happily Ever After, Nedrebo’s Formal Wear, & Invites by Jen Facebook.com, Facebook., Inc., The Douglas Group, Inc. dba UPICKEM, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. To be eligible, you can not have won any contest on WMSN in the past 30 days from the end date of this promotion.
How to Enter/Qualify
(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person.
(b) To enter, visit the WMSN Madison Facebook page at www.facebook.com/FoxMadison and look for the “Fox47 Ultimate Bride Survival Guide Season 2” content features. Click the “Like” button to access the online entry form. Complete the UPICKEM online entry form with your name, fiancé’s name, address, phone, e-mail address, birth date, approximate wedding date, and approximate number of guests. Alternatively, you may complete the online entry form on www.fox47.com with your name, fiancée’s name, address, phone, e-mail address, birth date, approximate wedding date, approximate number of guests, location of wedding, and submit. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.
(c) The contest starts on March 25, 2013, and all entries must be received by Station by 12:00 a.m. CDT on Sunday, April 21, 2013. Station is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for printing errors, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction.
(d) On April 22 2013, forty seven (47) qualifiers will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries received. If a qualifier cannot be notified by 5:00 p.m. CDT on April 24, 2013, then the qualifier will be disqualified and time permitting, the Station may randomly select an alternate qualifier from among remaining valid entries.
(e) Each of the forty seven (47) qualifiers will receive an invitation for herself and one (1) guest to attend a Bridal Shower event at Blackhawk Country Club in Madison on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Each qualifier and her guest will be required to show picture identification, and sign a broadcast appearance release upon entry to the Bridal Shower event on May 1, 2013.
(f) During the Bridal Shower event, each of the qualifiers will participate in a series of bridal shower related games. The bridal shower games will be judged by a panel of three (3) judges comprised of Station and sponsor personnel. Game descriptions, point system and tie breaking procedures will be posted during the Bridal Shower event. Three (3) finalists will be determined by the judges based on the number of points earned by each qualifier. Qualifiers must be present to participate and qualify to be a finalist. The three (3) qualifiers with the top three point totals, as determined by the judges, will be deemed the Finalists. In the event of a tie among any of the top scoring qualifiers, then one (1) qualifier will be randomly selected from among the tied qualifiers. All decisions made by the Station and judges are final. Qualifiers have the right not to participate in games and thereby leave the contest.
(g) Each of the three (3) Finalists will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and appearance release and be subject to a background check. The Station reserves the right to disqualify a Finalist based in the results of such background check. If a Finalist is disqualified, then the qualifier with the next highest score from the Bridal Shower event will be deemed a Finalist.
(h) As a condition of participating in the contest as a Finalist, each of the three (3) Finalists must personally meet with up to ten (10) vendors on several dates and times determined by the Station, which will be videotaped and aired by the Station as part of the Station’s “Ultimate Bride Survival Guide Season 2” program between September 21, 2013 and October 28, 2013. If any of the Finalists (i) do not sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and appearance release by May 14, 2013, (ii) decide to leave the contest at any time between May 1, 2013 and October 27, 2013, (iii) fail to meet with any vendor(s) as required by the Station, (iv) fail to be available at the Station request for any taping, (v) is unresponsive for ten (10) business days during which the Station is unable to contact Finalist after reasonable efforts, (vi) is found to be ineligible, or (vii) take any action which reflects negatively on the herself, Station and/or sponsors, as determined by the Station in its sole and absolute discretion, then such Finalist will be disqualified. If a Finalist is disqualified, then the qualifier with the next highest score from the Bridal Shower event will be deemed an alternate finalist.
(i) After completion of the “Ultimate Bride Survival Guide Season 2” program on October 20, 2013, each of the Finalists will receive a prize. Prize placement shall be determined by an online vote, as further described below.
Voting Process
(a) Between September 21, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. CDT on October 20, 2013, viewers will be prompted to vote online for the Finalist they think should win the grand prize.
(b) Online voting will be via Upickem located on the Station's Facebook page www.facebook.com/foxmadison. Voting is limited to one vote per account holder per day. Facebook likes are not considered votes. Duplicate votes will be disqualified. Finalists are prohibited from obtaining votes by offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, vote farming, or any other activity that artificially inflates such finalist’s votes as determined by Station in its sole discretion.
(c) On October 22, 2012, the Station will determine prize placement of each Finalist based on the number of valid votes (i.e., Finalist with most votes receives the grand prize). The Station reserves the right to determine in its sole and absolute discretion whether the online votes are valid, and may disqualify any duplicate votes. Multiple and/or irregular votes or multiple votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source will be considered invalid.
(d) The grand prize winner, second place winner, and third place winner will be determined based on the number of valid votes received for each Finalist.
(e) In the event of a tie, then the winner for the specific prize placement will be randomly selected from among the tied Finalists.

The total value of the grand prize package is $14355
All prize values exclude gratuities and sales tax. All prizes will be in the form of prize certificates and expire December 31, 2015, unless otherwise disclosed on the prize certificate. The prize certificates do not have any cash value. In the event the winner does not use the entire value of the prize certificate, then winner will not receive any remaining credit, cash or value. 2. Each of the winners will be notified by phone, and will be required to claim their prizes at the Station, and sign an additional prize acceptance release within 10 days of notification at the time winner claims her prize in person at the Station. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. Winners may be required to sign additional documentation as required by the sponsors or prize provider. Winners are responsible for obtaining a marriage license in Wisconsin.
3. If a winner cannot be notified within 5 days, or does not timely sign and return the prize acceptance release, then the winner will be disqualified, and the qualifier from the Bridal Shower event with the next highest score will be deemed an alternate winner.
4. There will be no substitutions, prize exchanges, or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station. The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer, exchange, or assignment of prizes is allowed.
5. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
6. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Contestants are eligible to win only one prize within any 30 day period, regardless of the number of contests entered.
7. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., and Sinclair Communications LLC are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
8. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., and Sinclair Communications LLC are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Communications LLC Sinclair Television Company, Inc., and prize providers have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous
1. Odds of qualifying depend on number of entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of online votes received for each Finalist.
2. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WMSN 7847 Big Sky Dr. Madison WI 53719 and on the Station’s website at www.fox47.com.
3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to WMSN 7847 Big Sky Dr. Madison WI 53719 until December 23, 2013.
4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 5. By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against the Station, any sponsors, Facebook.com, and their respective parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this contest.
6. Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
7. Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest and program dates.
